This role will have direct accountability of the Talent & Performance Management apart from managing the life cycle of employees. Undertake a wide range of HR tasks and align HR practices in line with Business Strategy. Operate in close cooperation with Business managers/ leaders. Implements HR processes, deliver HR programs and practices. Lead new HR initiatives based on business needs. The incumbent will be main point of contact for employees' and business managers/leaders. The goal is to ensure that HR process and practices will run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the business. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction. Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion. Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within HR organization. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement. Conduct E-sat surveys, exit interviews, etc. Lead the performance management cycle, refine the competency framework. Design Administration of Talent Management mechanisms at appropriate times viz. Surveys, town- halls, all-hands, consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance through analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance, monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs and suggest new HR strategies. HR Tools and Processes - Train employees and managers on HR processes and tools. Liaise with line managers to implement HR processes. Employee Relations - Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a motivated environment, provide support to employees in various HR-related queries such as policy related questions and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure monthly payroll is run smoothly and aligned as per compliance.
