Someone who is well-versed with various HR technologies including payroll systems, various HR portals used for hiring like Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms to constantly have a database of quality employees to hire from for whenever the need arises. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees Responsibilities: Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Set objectives for the HR team and track progress Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Develop compensation and benefits plans Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process Host in-house recruitment events Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers Requirements: MBA in Human Resource/B.Tech in Computer Science will be preferred with relevant experience 1+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS) Good understanding of Consulting Projects & Proposal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
