Job Description:

To setup the whole of Project Management Department and designing policies and procedures to streamline the whole HR process. Someone who is well-versed with various HR technologies including payroll systems, various HR portals used for hiring like Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms to constantly have a database of quality employees to hire from for whenever the need arises. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Develop compensation and benefits plans
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Host in-house recruitment events
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource/B.Tech in Computer Science will be preferred with relevant experience
• 1+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
• Good understanding of Consulting Projects & Proposal
