Dikshitha HR Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 Job Name: Statutory Compliance Lead Location: Bangalore Contact Person: Vikas Contact Number: 9035405802 Roles and Responsibilities Statutory Knowledge 1) PF-UAN Creation(Bulk & Indl), Missing details Updation in Portal, Exit & KYC Updation, Must be aware about EDLI process and death claim process. Monthly ECR Generation and process the challans and ensure the payment within the due date, ESI- IP Creation, Claim process, Accident Report submission. Must be aware about submission of contribution, TIC Generation, seeding UAN with IP PT- Processing for all the states, Ensure the Proper deduction from the Payroll 2. Must know about LWF Registration, Payment process, and Return Submission Form A,B,C & D. 3. Knowledge about various acts, like, S&E, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, Employment Exchange etc... 4. Knowledge about New wage code. 5. Must handle the notices like Labour, PF, ESI etc.. and handling the inspection, dealing with officers. 6. Coordinate with the compliance partner to do the compliance activities within the due dates. 7. Returns and registers submission like monthly, Half yearly, and Annually to the concerned authorities 8. Prepare and Maintain the statutory register like wage register, Leave register, Advance, Fine, Leave with wages register, Equal Remuneration Registers etc....and Maintain the notice board in all the branches 9. Handle the various audits which are related to Labour compliance. 10. Knowledge about processing the Registration and Renewals of S&E & Trade licenses. 11.
