Roles and Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits
  • Responsible to administer annual appraisal & annual increments cycle.
  • Responsible for processing annual PLI.
  • ESOP data Management & administration.
  • Responsible for annual salary benchmarking survey.
  • Monthly & quarterly comp analysis.
  • Work on total reward concept & employee communication around the same.
  • Work on Comp philosophy document for the organization.
  • Responsible for renewal of Mediclaim & Term life insurance.
  • Evaluate existing benefits & benchmark with best in class in industry

PMS

  • Review PMS process
  • Define robust PMS process to drive organization performance.
  • Measure organization level productivity and benchmark it with industry
  • Improve employee satisfaction score on PMS process.
  • Define various communication for PMS process.
  • Ensure that employees and manager are trained for setting SMART Goals , assessment of goals and performance review discussion process.

HR Policy

  • To take complete ownership of HR policy.
  • Review HR policies in regular intervals.
  • Benchmark best practices across the industry and adopt those practices as per organization requirement.
  • Ensure that all HR processes have defined SOPs
  • Regular communication and awareness about HR policies to be done with employees.

HR Analytics & Data Management

    • Prepare & present monthly HR Dashboards.
    • Prepare template for HR analytics.
    • Provide employee data to various stakeholder as per agreed TAT.
    • Maintain & update organization chart.

Projects / Process improvements

  • Evaluate all existing process of HR Ops to check its efficiency.
  • Define TAT & quality level of HR Ops delivery.
  • Automation project in function
  • Work on automation of employee query on policy.
