Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning calendar of activity, organizing events and increase level of employee engagement. Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials. Lead on the development and implementation of new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications. Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, Event Management. Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy. Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow. Coordinating and following up with multiple departments on various activities assigned until the closure. Planning and organizing larger events and ability to handle bigger groups in-person/ virtual. Responsible for other HR Backend activities as and when assigned. Education & Experience: 1 to 5 years of work experience.
