Preparing HR letters/documents/certificates as per requirement. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. HRIS Data base management: To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping Updation & organizational changes. Handling queries of employees (New Hires, Existing & Exit Employees). Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus etc. Leave and Attendance Management i.e. Preparing Monthly Attendance File of Sales & Support Functions for payroll inputs. Providing the FNF Inputs to payroll i.e. Exit Cases, Relieving etc. Exit Process Management i.e. End to End off boarding process. Full & Final Settlement Process. Employee Communication. Support for Employee Engagement activities as per monthly yearly and monthly basis. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven work experience as an HR Operations role. Good / Well versed with Excel Functions & PPT Skills. Good knowledge of labor law. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
