Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timecard status is checked and follow-up emails are sent for pending/missing timesheets.
  • Obtain supervisory approval of time card discrepancies.
  • Accuracy of New Hire details in the payroll system.
  • Update tax information for new hires based on the submitted tax forms.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions.
  • Generate reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, disability, and non-taxable wages and uploading the details into software.
  • Validate payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employers social security.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform payroll and tax audits within timelines
  • UG Any Graduate Accounting Specialization
  • Experience in Payroll. US Payroll preferred.
  • Preference for associates having hands-on experience in handling US Payroll Operation
  • Excellent Mathematical Skills and attention to detail
  • C, and familiar with any Payroll Software
  • Ability to Work on a Deadline and multitask in a high-volume high-speed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
