Job description

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)

This position is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent development for Electronica Finance. The role is a generation next leadership role and the position will be groomed for taking leadership roles in HR or other functions over a period of time.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Partner with the business team to develop and monitor strategic staffing plans and cascade those in the regions / branches.

- Designing & Planning of Talent Acquisition strategies to create talent pipeline, widening sourcing funnel, quality hiring, streamlining selection process, exploring low-cost sourcing channels, etc. for all business functions in the agreed budget.

- Strategy should help staffing of planned headcount (As per Manpower Budget) with pre-agreed hiring timelines and source mix.

Learning & Development

- Identify knowledge & skill gaps (Functional & Behavioral) for the Teams and ensure gaps are filled by delivery of suitable training intervention (Behavioral/Soft Skills)

- Work on productivity improvement plan with Sales Supervisors to support to achieve their Goals/targets. Execute the plan through RHRBP

- Work closely with L&D team and help in design & execute development programs for enhancing capabilities of people to reach the next level in the hierarchy.

Performance Management System

- Drive performance culture in all the functions.

- Benchmark performance management systems of various organizations from the industry and assess our current system against them.

- Continuous improvement in PMS to reach our ultimate goal of performance driven culture.

Retention Strategies

- Design and implement plans to enhance employee retention, in partnership with the business.

- Identify and deploy attrition prediction tools in the system to control attrition at initial phase.

Other Generalist HR Activities

- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Vertical Heads to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies as appropriate.

- Support with internal & external benchmarking exercises to advice Business with ongoing industry practices.

- Identify recent trends in HR to improve HR process / Automate HR Processes

Candidates who have worked in the scalable environment and took overall responsibility of end to end HR would be preferred

Education & Experience Requirement

Education:

  • Any Graduate with
  • Master Degree in HR

Experience: 10 12 yrs. of experience in End to end HR

Language Skills: English , Hindi

Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:

  • Experience in Financial Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ready to travel
  • High energy levels and decision-making capabilities that support robust execution of plans.
  • An excellent understanding of the current people practices and systems trends and environment
