There are 3000+ service professionals on the platform in the category across 2 tiers - prime and luxe. The training org includes 30+ trainers from spa and hospitality background dedicated to teaching massage techniques to service professionals. Role: Soft skills trainer is required to empower Urban Company service professionals in providing extraordinary service by teaching them softer attributes like grooming as per hospitality standards, public speaking, customer delight, complaint handling, creativity & innovations in a way that they are able to anticipate and deliver personalized service to customers. Key responsibilities: Conduct training for 10-12 service professionals per batch using in-house training content and appropriate training methodologies whilst ensuring effective uptake of knowledge and skill. No. of monthly sessions may vary as per business demand. Ensure that the desired training objectives are accomplished by the end of each session. Evaluate effectiveness of training by conducting assessments - both paper and verbal format. Design and suggest revision plan to technical trainers basis test performance of the trainees to ensure continuity in learning outcomes. Coordinate closely with the Training Head to create a training plan on a monthly basis. Skill Requirement: Effective Communication skills; both verbal and written - Should be fluent in both English and Hindi language. Proficiency in the local/regional language would be an added advantage. Trainer to be an effective speaker and should possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Should have an in depth understanding of various training methodologies and possess skill to complement it with content to deliver effective sessions. Should display passion, zeal and sincerity about learning and imparting knowledge to others to affect a positive change. Should be flexible and adaptive to changes at work due to the dynamic nature of the business environment. Should display high work ethics by taking personal accountability for assigned work and delivering on it as per timelines. Comfortable using standard Microsoft Office programs like PowerPoint and MS Excel & Word.
