Must have pre-work experience with Direct Clients along with US citizens who are Consultants and Hiring Managers. Responsible for handling End to the End Recruitment process Should be able to source candidates for V-Soft clients from Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn, and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry. He / She must be able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone He / She must be able to use their experience to meet the targets set by the manager. The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of experience in the US Staffing Industry. Should have good experience in working with Direct Clients. Should have worked with Citizens and Green Card holders. Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099. Have experience in placing C2C, C2H, and full-time positions.
