Dikshitha HR Posted May 12, 2022 Share Posted May 12, 2022 Job Name: HR compliance Location: Delhi Contact Person: Mr Krishna Kumar Contact Number: 9789072432 Experience: 4 to 5 Years Salary: Rs.35,000/- to Rs.40,000/- Responsibilities: Required knowledge of Labour laws like CLRA Act, PF&MP Act, ESI Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Maternity benefit Act, S&E Act, Equal Remuneration Act, National and Festival Holiday Act, Bonus Act, etc. To Handle all types of Labour licenses(Fresh and renewal) required for Region like CLRA, S&E, BOCW, etc. including follow with document required from client side, preparing license application, covering letter and relevant document, Lesioning with government and labour dept. authorities. Responsible for all statutory compliance Audits Internal/External as per defined checklist. Ensuring all sites to be compliant as per statutory requirement. To prepare various required document and registers of compliance to be at site like all records and register under CLRA Act, S&E Act, maternity benefit Act, Bonus Act, Equal remuneration Act, etc. To Handle Employee Grievances and providing solution, also taking disciplinary action and issuing warning letter, Show cause notice against any misconduct, misbehave, manhandling, theft and damages. To File all types of Returns as per applicability of labour law. Monthly PF and ESI challan preparation, ECR statement generation.
