To maintain active database of the resume Track the Talent Acquisition activity. Coordination of interviews lined up with Corporate Office & Units of Kinara Group of Hotels time to time. To handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation on WhatsApp group Handling Leave Management Handling Attendance Management of the unit and payroll Monitoring Employees grooming and Hygiene ESI/PF portal enrolment regularly Employee Engagement, Town Hall Meeting, Birthday Celebration and Grievance handling. Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required. Coordinate with regions and Corporate on the PMS front to follow up on the Objectives and end year appraisal forms and collate data of the same Experience in Recruitment cycle Sourcing manpower from various sources with minimal guidance. Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & PPT) would be an added advantage. Should be tech savvy and able to work on varied software of the company from time to time. Good exposure to statutory like PF, ESIC and Gratuity and other time office functions would be a plus. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate with minimum of 1 year of experience in HR preferably in Hotel Industry, with Good communication and Written skills. Proactive Self-Initiation Quick learner.
