Preparation of Appointment letter & salary annexure for new employees. Upload the salary inputs in to the 24/7 HRMS application. Generating Pay slips through the 24/7 HRMS application Compiling monthly HR reports related to Head Count, Vacancy Status, Recruitment Status, Confirmations, Separations Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on Employee Attrition, Joining and Attendance. Ensuring regular update of all employees personal files with necessary documentation Preparing ad-hoc reports for HR department as per Top Managements requirement. Tracking the Employee probation and communicate with the reporting manager to get the confirmation of the employment and communicate the same with the employee through email. To process the annual appraisals, receive and verify the forms from the all-department heads and share the consolidated outcome in excel format to the HR manager Processing and executing all relieving formalities upon separation to issue the resignation acceptance letter and arranging the Exit interview with the HR Manager. Organizing relieving documentation and checking for dues, if any. Deactivation of employee access to corporate network, company emails and other systems. Issuing of Service Certificate and Experience Letter to the employee. Monthly analysis of the employee attrition and preparing the necessary MIS. Handling PF Related queries (Withdrawal, transfer, UAN Portal Issue) Provide the employee information and supporting documents to the vendor to generate the ESIC Numbers.
