Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience on Attendance and LMS Management
  • Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/Casual leave. 
  • Preparation of Appointment letter & salary annexure for new employees. 
  • Upload the salary inputs in to the 24/7 HRMS application. 
  • Generating Pay slips through the 24/7 HRMS application 
  • Compiling monthly HR reports related to Head Count, Vacancy Status, Recruitment Status, Confirmations, Separations 
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on Employee Attrition, Joining and Attendance.  
  • Ensuring regular update of all employees personal files with necessary documentation 
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports for HR department as per Top Managements requirement. 
  • Tracking the Employee probation and communicate with the reporting manager to get the confirmation of the employment and communicate the same with the employee through email. 
  • To process the annual appraisals, receive and verify the forms from the all-department heads and share the consolidated outcome in excel format to the HR manager 
  • Processing and executing all relieving formalities upon separation to issue the resignation acceptance letter and arranging the Exit interview with the HR Manager. 
  • Organizing relieving documentation and checking for dues, if any. 
  • Deactivation of employee access to corporate network, company emails and other systems. 
  • Issuing of Service Certificate and Experience Letter to the employee. 
  • Monthly analysis of the employee attrition and preparing the necessary MIS. 
  • Handling PF Related queries (Withdrawal, transfer, UAN Portal Issue) 
  • Provide the employee information and supporting documents to the vendor to generate the ESIC Numbers. 
  • ESIC Queries (Issuing the E- PECHAN card, maternity forms etc.). 
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
