Requirements: MBA HR with 10-12+ yrs exp from a reputed Institute. Insurance startup company in 4th year of operations. Startup exp Tech & non tech hiring. Should have seen at least 1 scaling journey Managed a large team including managers Stakeholder management Excellent communication. Responsibilities: Design and implement recruitment strategies from sourcing to hiring for Engineering & Non- Engineering roles for leadership, mid-career and fresher hiring. Manage external associations with colleges, job boards and hiring software vendors. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication). Manage, train and evaluate a team of recruiters. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness. Define & drive team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, diversity hiring, candidate satisfaction etc. Implement employer branding activities. A self-driven individual with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in lead talent acquisition roles across B2C companies, MNCs or Startups (preferable). Demonstrable experience and thought leadership to strategies full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives for Engineering & Non-Engr. Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions. Create guidelines for hiring practices within company and monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
