This role has to manage Talent Acquisition as well as end-to-end HR operation activities of employee life cycle starting from employees onboarding till exit. The main requirements of the role are as follows: HR Operations: Managing & filing employee documents (KYC, Education certificates, etc) HR Operations activities include but are not limited to Onboarding formalities employee queries, MIS (employee master tracker, termination tracker, HR Reports etc.), Updating the master tracker w.r.t document filing Managing payroll Statutory Compliances Driving Employee engagement activities Planning and Implementing the training & development programme Driving rewards & recognition programme.
