Roles and Responsibilities Looking for a TA Manager for Healthium in Bangalore. Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent Work closely with functional leaders to create hiring roadmaps Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting processes Strive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics that include time to hire, consistent quality and discretionary spend Think beyond the status quo, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives. Take risks to drive change and innovation and inspire the team to do the same Actively promote Company's brand and reputation amongst potential talent pipeline. Desired Candidate Profile 12-15 years of recruiting experience (4-5 years of team management experience) Experience in driving the entire hiring cycle Exposure in leading HR initiatives/process improvement assignments is a plus Proven success in collaborating with and influencing senior leaders across strategy and execution Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions Excellent analytical skills.
