Job responsibility Managing core HR operations part – Exit Management & Performance Management. Provide consulting and business partnering support to leadership and business line managers. Proposes changes for improved employee engagement and job satisfaction. Acts as the performance improvement driver and invokes positive changes in the people management Custodian of HR process - identify process/policy gaps and work on addressing them. Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes and ensures adherence to HR related policies and processes. Manages Employee Engagement for the organization (Connect, Satisfaction surveys, new initiatives, activities, Handling employee query, etc) Induction & Orientation Program Desired Profile Incumbent must be an MBA graduate from a recognized university with 9-12 years of experience in the similar function (HR/IR/PM) in a reputed organization (preferably from IT industry).
