The candidate must demonstrate strong functional knowledge of all aspects of human resource management in formulating and executing Human Resource Strategy, which aligns to the overall business goals. Immediate joining preferred Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process. The candidate will also be responsible for building a strong performance driven culture through appropriate HR interventions including talent management, learning and leadership development. To lead and contribute in strengthening the culture and key values of the organization to nurture a positive working environment Responsible for Talent Management strategy including continuous development opportunities for employees through workshop, seminars and work on appropriate learning interventions and leadership development Candidate should work on managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances To maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management Maintains historical human resource records; keeping past and current records. Design and implement Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESAT) and disseminate the feedback and learning to the entire organization To design and implement HR Process & workflow related to but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organization Development, Training & Development and Rewards & Benefits Skills/ Experience/Education: Should have good writing and communication skills Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or relevant experience of 3 years Experience in building a corporate culture and have created programs in strategic HR areas like operations, efficiency, organization development and change management.
