Handling End to End blue-collar / bulk recruitment. Manage attendance, labour issues, employee strike and related issues. Manage on & off roll people. Maintains key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT , Source Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity); analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get desired quality and cost. Handle/Resolve grievances. Employee Engagement activities. Willing to work in rotational shifts. Experience: 1 - 5 years of experience in logistics/e-commerce/retail. Understanding of salary calculations, basic compliances (PF / ESIC deductions etc.). Industrial relations, Labour Laws, Contract labour Management. Manpower Vendor Management. Hands on experience on Blue collar employees. Site HRBP. Required Skills Strong domain knowledge. Ownership mindset.
