Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation. Manage talent acquisition process(end to end), including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, documentation and on boarding. Designing the system to enhance experience of various stakeholders Consult with stakeholders to address root causes of HR issues, attempting to resolve employee issues. Maintenance of employees personal record. Talent Management across businesses for processes like Potential Assessment, Development Centers Competency based online assessment Partnering with HR Head and Delivery Leaders on human resource policies, rewards and recognition programs Discuss and advice top management on employee grievances/misconduct issues and provide resolution recommendation Support and suggest improvement to the entire recruitment process. Discuss employees career development paths with the manager. Manage the recruitment and selection process Monthly HR MIS Maintain pay plan and benefits program Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys. Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention. Proactively build and maintain an active pipeline of talent. Provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Desired Skill Set requirements/ Experience: Post Graduate/PGDM with 6+ years of experience as a HR manager. People oriented and result driven. Organized with a strong capacity to prioritize; Ability to interpret data and present the analysis Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build relationships with peers, hiring teams and HR partner Strong Microsoft proficiency including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook Good communication skills Should have skill and experience in Interview assessment of candidates.
