Experience: 10+ yrs exp in handling end to end HR functions in ITES & Manufacturing Industries (preferably Electronics & Instrumentation) Qualification: MBA (HR) / Masters in HRM preferred Desired Candidate Profile Proven working experience as HR Manager Well versed with HRMS tools and Hands on experience in ERP tools, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics (Nav) Should have immense experience working on talent acquisitions Should have worked in a demand delivery environment People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Solid understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skill A knack for negotiation and networking Good working knowledge on ERP application, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics (Nav) Strong leadership capabilities Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with the management on Human Resource services, policies and all statutory compliance of the organization. Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to be aligned with the overall business strategy Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for all the locations. Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring Smooth execution of on-boarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive higher productivity. Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively Focus on developing a strong culture by adherence of right policies and practices. Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement programmes to boost morale of the employees. Engage with employees to increase retention Timely delivery of all MIS reports Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score Maintain timely communications with the higher management related to various HR-related activities. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure all required legal & statuary compliance are completed within timelines. Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan Should take the responsibility for the entire ISO activities and all internal & external audits Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management). Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system, implementing rewards & recognition programs Ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency & compliance leading to seamless service delivery Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization. Monitor KPI linked incentives of the employees and provide it for payroll processing Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Monitoring timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements. Monitoring master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of HR software Conduct performance management and provide feedback Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording these accordingly Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
