On successful hiring of the candidate we will pay 10 percent of the income generated PER SELECTED CANDIDATE. For new businesses brought in by the freelancer we will pay 10 percent as above for selection per candidate + a percentage of the revenue on completion as a bonus. This freelance recruiter assignment is suitable for women who are at home and need to earn. The eligibility is as follows - 1. Good command over English language. 2. Integrity and honesty towards the work and the firms. 3. Devote 3 to 4 hours per day. 4. Have an internet connection, a computer, and a phone at home for usage. 5. Grasp over Excel sheets for tracker and general reporting. 6. Can be based anywhere in India. 7. Can work in a noise free and professional work environment at home. 8. A rough estimate of your income will be Rs. 15,000 and upwards per month. Depends on the successful selection. 9. The freelance recruiter will not have any sort of financial transaction with any candidate. Violation of this will be illegal as per the law. 10. All information, data, documentary work, resumes, photos, job descriptions, etc will always remain the legal property of the firms under which the freelance recruiter will work. 11. Please note that there is no fixed income every month but a reasonably good variable income is assured from the second month after starting the work. 12. The recruiter should be able to understand the Job Description shared and will communicate with the SPOC at all times for any clarification. 13.
