Should be from Bulk hiring background for healthcare company.
MBA HR with 10 years minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit all level candidates within limited candidate pools. Identify & implement improvements to internal team recruiting experience by establishing standards & SLAs for communication and internal decision- making.
  • To Manage a team and build effective and successful recruiting strategies, systems and processes which are scalable for a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • To incorporating best practices from the industry, data, and latest trends driven by your customer s need.
  • Collaborate with the senior leaders and HR teams to steer & lead recruiting programs (e.g., campus recruiting, internship programs, walk-in or weekend drive, branding) that effectively generate qualified leads.
  • Drive the development of local recruiting programs that are transformative & support long term goals.
  • Monitor pipeline by functional area and job level and organize sourcing activity based upon candidate patterns.
  • Proactively take suitable measures & actions to provide a great candidate experience. Analyze recruiting metrics (quality, time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction survey results, etc.) with manager & director and implement creative strategies to overcome performance gaps.
  • Analyze ROI of recruiting initiatives for future planning.
  • Closely partner & work with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, which entails gaining a firm understanding of our culture and business needs. Collaborate with the hiring managers and other members of the HR team to monitor and adapt other duties as assigned.
  • Education & Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree required with 10- 15 years of relevant recruiting experience in a BPO industry preferred.
  • Experience in Ability to work effectively with teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
  • Experience in working with social media and other channels of sourcing.
  • Ability to recruit passive and active candidates.
  • Experience in working with Product / niche technology requirement is a bonus.
