Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will aid with and facilitate the human resource processes at all business locations, will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and recruitment, administration, benefits, and leaves, HRIS support, employee engagement and enforcing company policies and practices. Oversee the daily workflow of HR functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruitment, conduct or assist in new hire functions, Employee-benefits, and leave; talent management; HRMS management ; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, recruitment and talent management.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and happy hours.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with using Job boards, and other social platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least two years of human resource management experience is preferred.
