Dikshitha HR Posted June 21, 2022 Share Posted June 21, 2022 Job Name: HR Recruiter Location : Kolkata Contact Email: oindrila.banik@in.experis.com Experience: 2-4 Years Roles and Responsibilities : Gathering requirements from the client Stakeholder management Responsible for End to End Recruitment in IT Sourcing candidates who fits the job from various channels Write and post job descriptions on career websites Screening and evaluating the resumes before client submission Handling the submissions individually on different platforms Maintain & managing submissions, conversions, interviews, and hiring records Schedule phone/virtual and onsite interviews Creation of interview agenda Managing multiple interview calendars and coordinating among the teams Ensuring the update of candidate records in ATS Taking care of pre and post interview communications On-board assistance and ensuring the successful on boarding Strategic planning to reach the target on weekly basis Working closely with internal recruiters on daily work and reaching the targets Attending client/internal meetings and help team with pointers/notes Responding to candidate inquiries thru email and phone Creates the best candidate experience Manage requisitions by accurately documenting all recruitment data per recruitment legislations and agreed upon client processes Monitor and analyze recruitment activity of designated business area Desired Candidate Profile : 2-5+ Years of relevant experience Should be able to multi-task and prioritize the work accordingly Good Knowledge in MS-excel Should have presentation skills Should've worked on ATS (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication (English) Experience with all kind of sourcing techniques.
