To Ensure that Candidate Profiles/Skill Matches the Job Description / Organizational Needs. Identifying And Selecting, Sourcing the Talent from Various Job Portals, References/Referrals and Head Hunting. Screening, Short Listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment Formalities. Managing Pipeline for Back Up Candidates till the Candidate is Placed. Handling Mass / Bulk Recruitment through Advertisements, Networking, Database Building and Web Resources. Scheduling Drives / Interviews, Keeping Track of the Offered Candidates to ensure their Joining ASAP. Partnering With Department Heads / Managers to Determine Staffing Needs. Performing In-Person and Phone Interviews with Candidates. Administering Appropriate Company Assessments. Performing Reference and Background Checks. Making Recommendations to Departmental Heads / Managers. Coordinating Interviews with the Departmental Heads / Managers. Following Up on the Interview Process Status. Maintaining Relationships with Both Internal and External Clients to Ensure Staffing Goals are Achieved. Communicating Employer Information and Benefits During the Screening Process. Serving as a Liaison with Area Employment Agencies, Colleges, Consultancies etc. Completing Timely Reports on Recruitment Activity. When Required Perform Admin Work.
