Manage employees' grievances. Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Overseeing the employee's termination process. Counseling employees as and when required. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. Organizing events and conferences for the employees. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM in (HR) from any recognized institution/ University. Considerable experience (Freshers up to 03 years). Computer Knowledge (Typing, MS Word, Ms. Excel MS PowerPoint). Good Communications skills (both verbal and written). Eligibility: A good academic record, with an MBA. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. A Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
