Plan and execute engagement activities, improve ENPS, launch policies, run activities which helps create a great culture. Responsibility Developing strategies to improve engagement, and may manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. Plan and strategize new joiner engagement plan. Create a culture of appreciation/RnR program/Townhall etc. For 750+ stores Would be responsible for improving ENPS. Identify employee concerns and help solve Launch events as per the festivals virtually and face to face both Plan Skip sessions and take corrective action craft the long-term vision for employee engagement strategies Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
