Work Timings: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM / 4:30 PM to 1 AM Role and Responsibilities: Train New Hires on grammar concepts Culture and soft skills i.e. sales or customer service To get them ready for voice or chat processes There maybe a requirement to work on a Saturday which will be compensated by a weekly off once the batch gets closer Since training will be at office , cab will be provided if within hiring zone - that will be a house pick up and drop . If outside hiring zone then pick up and drop to the nearest pick up and drop within hiring zone .
