Job Name: SR / Lead Talent Acquisition

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Work from office

Experience: IT Recruiter (1 - 3 years), Recruitment Lead (4 - 8 years) 

Key Skills: Calling, Phone Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Microsoft Excel

Project: Product-Online Marketing, E-commerce Platforms, and AI, Predictive Analytics

Joining time: Immediate to 30 days

Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related technical discipline will be preferred.

Skills Required:

  • College degree in human resources, business administration or related field, plus a minimum of 1-year technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house within an engineering company.
  • Strong sourcing abilities required (expertise), prior experience working on IT Software Development and Testing positions is required
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Experience using Google sheets is a must
  • Ability to effectively interface with many technical and management personalities.
  • Ability to use personal computers with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and Word software.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of employees and job applicants.
  • Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen the job applicants' profiles and ensure job requirements agree with what the manager actually is looking for in potential candidates.
  • Reach out to possible market availability of suitable candidates and screen the profiles as per the requirement.
  • Reviews resumes and forwards best-matched candidates to managers for review.
  • Scheduling candidates for the Interviews
  • Keep track of candidates who apply for opportunities at the Company.
  • Interviews applicants to determine and evaluate their work history, education, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
  • Sells the companies benefits, culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.
  • Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Reviews/Edits and places job ads on job boards.
  • Provides information on company operations, facilities, job opportunities, and employee benefits to candidates.
  • Negotiates employment offers with applicants and hiring managers.
