Involving in back ground verification Maintaining employee’s database and ensuring completion of personal files. Providing adequate facilities to the new employees- ID card, introducing them to the policies. Issuing of email ID & Employees codes to new joinees Manages the HRIS function to include employee database maintenance; report generation and personnel action processing. Conducting induction program for new employees as well as experienced professionals along with awareness session on HR policies and practices Analyzing the data of each employee, recommend changes and prepare the liability for Approval.
