Desired Candidate Profile: Background in statistics will be useful MS Office and proficient in MS Excel is a must Knowledge of analytical tools and language like Tableau, R, SQL will be added advantage Ability to make judgements and decisions on confidential matters Plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices. Analyze and evaluate data and reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders enabling them to make appropriate decisions Work in close collaboration with the finance team on the Headcount budgeting exercise and share the details with HR leadership. Work closely with the HR shared services team, understanding and supporting them on the data management, data audit and process improvements Rolling out different monthly dashboards to the leadership – Attrition, Manpower/Headcount reports, Operations scorecard Work on the ad-hoc data request as per stakeholders requirements Build relations and work closely with the global data management team and provide/take support in the various projects.
