Job Name: HR Business Partner

Location: Chqbook, 7th Floor, Kirloskar Business Park, near Columbia Asia Hospital, Hebbal Kempapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024

Reports To: CMO

Role Objective:

  • An HRBP is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding the best talent.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Pan India-based HR team to provide HR solutions to meet business needs.
  • Weaving various survey results to People Connect Output - Proactive Actions Ideated.
  • TA TEAM Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the Organisation.
  • You will also partner with the site business leaders on the development of long-term, HR-related goals of the organization, structure, and talent in the two regions.
  • Ensure adherence to all processes during transfers.
  • Counselling/grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to determine current staffing needs, prepare manpower forecasts, and ensure best-in-class hiring practices to bring the top talent.
  • Always ensure adequate staffing to facilitate business plans. Ensure closure of vacancies within the defined TAT and timely onboarding of candidates.
  • Create a pipeline of suitable candidates for future vacancies and early closures.
  • Develop talent acquisitions strategies and hiring plans by business requirements Network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and campuses
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest and role fitment
  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates to execute the selection process
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities & research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
  • Regularly keep the Job descriptions and Job Specs updated to match the exact fit for

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 5+ years of proven work experience as an HR specialist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MBA from a premier institute
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods and sources Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
