Dikshitha HR Posted November 7, 2022 Share Posted November 7, 2022 Job Name: HR Technical Recruitment Specialist Location: Bangalore Job Overview: As a technical recruitment specialist, you'll be working with the delivery leaders to understand requirements for new talent and hire accordingly. Delivery leaders bring sales and mining related opportunities which are time-bound. You'll be helping us grow our org, by adding talent across Data Engineering, Data Science and Business Intelligence. From sourcing resumes, to coordinating and scheduling interviews and helping close positions, your day-to-day life at AKIRA will involve several interactions and multi-tasking. While you're not required to have in-depth technical or ongoing project knowledge, you're expected to learn the basics to assess potential candidates eligibility for the role. Role & Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs Drive end-to-end lateral recruitment Work on building an effective pipeline of profiles and experiment with several methodologies to meet recruitment targets defined by leadership Negotiating offers, releasing offers and ensure a healthy closure with candidates Accountable for the defined pre onboarding process (including but not limited to coordinating with BGV vendor to ensure stipulated timelines are met) We don't work with a scheduler- maintain discipline in working and meeting deadlines Embody the culture and ethos of AKIRA- every conversation internally or externally must be able to emphasize the true nature of AKIRAs culture and work ethic Functional Competencies: Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality with an ability to organize and plan work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of empathy and effective negotiation skills Take directions and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision, being self-motivated to improve processes Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively Clear and strong communication evidencing Ownership, Authenticity, Growth, Performance and Collaboration Requirements: Preferably an education at degree level (MA, MBA, or an equivalent professional qualification) in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines.
