Master’s Degree in Human Resources / MSW from a reputed institution. Min 20 years of HR & IR experience. Optimum range is 20 yrs to 25 years. Age below 50 years. Optimum range is 45 yrs to 50 years. Currently responsible for HR for at least 3 Mfg Units and large Sales force. Should be responsible for HR for a minimum of 1000 permanent employees. Experience in HRMS platforms incl. Analytical/data visualization tools. 15-20 years experience of a managing the Human Resource function of a large entity. Strong. knowledge of contemporary HR and industrial relations, labour laws and other statutory. Requirements is a must. Proficiency in implementation HR initiatives in a large organization is a must. A thorough understanding of and experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage. Demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation, counseling, mediation, organization behavior and team building skills. Proven track record in delivering results through team-based working. Effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization. Excellent stakeholder management & developing good work relationships across the organization Conceptual understanding of HR & IR. Should know all aspects of the business, the various levers, Critical success and failure factors, pain points.
