He/she will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team and shall be responsible for creating a TA Strategy for the organization to help attract talent across functions including volume hiring in Sales, provide effective thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, prioritize/plan to meet business objectives.
