Key Responsibilities: - Plan and carry out Labour compliance audits of the company and their vendors - Identify the gaps and prepare Management Action Plan (MAP) to close it - Put the right checks and controls to ensure 100% compliance. Manage the team and put the right resource. MIS and presentation to the management about the status and action plans. Coordinate & communicate with concerned stakeholders to ensure on time communication about changes in the law, building the right culture and awareness amongst all stakeholders.
