Job Responsibilities: Support the business in identifying talent needs and talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the business. Contribute to the development of local business plans, ensuring HR strategy is an integral element in the business strategy. Drive initiatives on Employee Engagement & Retention. Ensuring all activities related to employees life cycle is executed as per SOPs and policies. Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies. Effective Induction process& Employees` Confirmation. Attendance & Leave Management including Personal files. Designing and administering most relevant and reasonably Compensation Strategy and Employee Benefit plans. Manage and responsible for HR Budgets creation.
