Competency Development: Plan and organize programs to build employees competence & growth for superior performance and sustained organizational growth. HR Policies, programs & system Formulation & Implementation: Designing of growth oriented & business friendly HR Policies & organize implementation as per Mgmt guidelines. Systems implementation: Guide & Ensure implementation of ISO/EMS/ WCM systems, HR motivation schemes and maintain all relevant records for HR function for improvement of plant performance & quality standards. Management Information System: Ensure maintenance of Personnel records and preparation of MIS for Management requirements.
