JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountability: Manpower Planning & Recruitment : Plan & organize manpower, selection & recruitment in time for meeting the needs of various departments
  •  
  • Performance Appraisal &compensation: Plan & organize performance appraisal, compensation and IDPs , maintaining timelyness for satisfaction and career development of all management employees.
  • Competency Development:
  • Plan and organize programs to build employees competence & growth for superior performance and sustained organizational growth.
  • HR Policies, programs & system Formulation & Implementation:
  • Designing of growth oriented & business friendly HR Policies & organize implementation as per Mgmt guidelines.
  • Systems implementation:
  • Guide & Ensure implementation of ISO/EMS/ WCM systems, HR motivation schemes and maintain all relevant records for HR function for improvement of plant performance & quality standards.
  • Management Information System: Ensure maintenance of Personnel records and preparation of MIS for Management requirements.
  • People Development:
  • Build & sustain a conducive work culture through close coordination & support to ensure sustainable contribution by every member

System Implementation:
Organize & implement the system requirements of ISO, EMS & WCM in cement mill and packing plant areas through the involvement of employees for improving the plant working and quality standards
