Dikshitha HR Posted August 30, 2023 Share Posted August 30, 2023 Job description: Human Resources Payroll Specialist (HR Generalist) We seek to hire a HR Executive who will be assisting and under the guidance of the HR manager in all HR chores. The desirable candidate will experience various tasks under the job while learning through the process. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage internal processes like management of attendance and leave of the employees Managing monthly payroll Organize various monthly and annual cultural and professional events to maintain the zeal and vigor among the employees Support the management for administrative and facility management as and when required Follow the guidelines well and recruit fresh talent Schedule interviews and meetings timely To be able to handle proper documentation Prepare reports in a time bound manner and discuss with the HR manager relating to staff, grievances, recruitment, evaluation etc Keep up to date record of all the payroll data and assist in its preparation Communicate with candidates and Vendors fluently Keep regular follow-ups Updating employee database as and when needed Conduct initial stages of orientation while a candidate joins and complete the documentation process Qualifications Skills: Bachelor’s Degree MBA in Human Resource Management preferred Must be from Media & Advertising industries Experience: 1-2yrs relevant exp.
