Full job description
you manage the payroll process for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

*Processing attendance in the system within timelines

Adherence to TAT of payroll processing
Responsible for on-roll and off-roll employees payroll, preparing payroll MIS
Keeping track on monthly budget sheet Requirements : • Knowledge of payroll software • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus etc.
Calculating employees' pay based on days worked, deductions and taxes Maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions, including employee earnings, taxes and deductions Calculating and ensuring the on-time payment of all payroll-related taxes Ensuring the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes Serving as the first point of contact for employees with questions or concerns about their salary or taxes Generating reports related to payroll expenses, taxes and other payroll-related data to help the organization make informed decisions Requirements.
