Job Roles: 4 to 6 yrs of hands-on exp. in payroll management, compliance, taxation related laws and Provident Fund, laws etc. in India. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, labor laws, tax regulations, TDS, and statutory requirements. Experience and proficiency with payroll systems/software & Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills Leave & attendance, administration work Ensure error free Payroll details shared within timelines with HO for monthly payroll Ensure timely submission of various documents like enrollment, withdrawal, nomination, updation for ESIC, PF, Mediclaim etc. with HO Handling of Termination Case (Resignation, Acceptance Letter, FnF) Handle legal cases related to HR employee grievance handling Preferred candidate : 4 to 5 years exp in payroll process & TDS Good in communication Proficient with MS Office.
