This position will suit an individual who is detail oriented, approachable and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who aspires to work in an international, fast growing and informal environment.

You will ensure the highest quality along. with the smooth workflow of tasks like:

  •  Ownership of Payroll process end-to-end, ensuring monthly payroll is processed efficiently and in a timely manner
  •  First point of contact to employees and managers about payroll matters such as tax issues, benefits and deductions
  •  Ensure payroll set up meets company requirements and records are aligned to guidelines
  •  Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and administer payroll data
  •  Liaison with external preparers and advisors dealing with various employee related topics including payroll, payroll taxes, PF, employee health insurance
  •  Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  •  Preparation and review of annual income statements for employees
  •  Resolving payroll discrepancies, answering queries and payroll communication with employees
  •  Maintenance and administration of payroll related policies and procedures
  •  Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  •  Understanding of accounting journal entries in relation to payroll and employee benefits and entitlements
  •  Assistance with employee transfers and coordination of related payroll requirements
  •  Own relationship with external stakeholders including, tax consultants, health insurance providers, PF providers
  •  Other ad hoc responsibilities as required
