Dikshitha HR Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 Job description Experience - 4 years in end to end UK payroll process Budget - 8 LPA including variables Location - Hyderabad and Bangalore Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Job Purpose: To assist administration of payrolls accurately and to set deadlines, adhering to all statutory and group/company policies and procedures. Assist with processing payrolls for Fortnightly & Monthly To provide an administrative service to C&B team and staff. Key Accountabilities: (Include but not limited to) Maintaining employee records from new starter to leavers Assist with processing the payrolls including manual calculations and associated administrative procedures Assist production of payroll reports and management information as required Dealing promptly/politely with employees pay queries via various methods Holiday, sick and maternity pay information is recorded Creating employee correspondence, in relation to employee benefits Liaise with all departments as required Undertake general administrative workloads as and when required assigned by Compensation & Benefits team Data verification between internal systems e.g, SAP/Northgate/IEX/Mytime Payment if statutory deductions on time (Pension, CSA, Court orders etc) email: usa@vbeyond.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
