Dikshitha HR Posted November 27, 2023 Share Posted November 27, 2023 Responsibilities: • Enhance Peloton’s onboarding process to ensure candidates have a positive experience through the hiring process and have a positive entry into the company. • Managing the existing onboarding training program to have a faster assimilation of new team members within Peloton. • Support the facilitation of induction and orientation sessions. • Performance Management Administration: an active participant in coordination and administration of goal setting, annual review process and promotion cycles. • Payroll Administration: assist in payroll administration on a monthly basis. • Serve as a point of contact for the Hyderabad office, greeting visitors, keeping the office orderly, and assisting Peloton’s Global Leadership with miscellaneous tasks. • Act as a point of contact for general HR questions, benefits, and talent acquisition. • Managing the Departure process for employees • Updating HR artifacts like organization charts, handbook and other tools and templates as required • Foster Peloton values and a flourishing unique culture for our Hyderabad based team. Required Experience: • MBA HR with 8+ years of experience as a HR generalist • Human Resources Administration experience includes onboarding paperwork, onboarding agendas, off-boarding, performance management, general HR questions, and acting as a point of contact for new team members. • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experienced and adept with the use of technology in workflow, such as the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and with the passionate to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent English-speaking skills info@pelotongroup.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
