Responsibilities:

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement.

➢ Developing the overall HR agenda and driving it to success

➢ Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.

➢ Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

➢ Managing staff wellness initiatives.

➢ Improving relations between staff and employers.

➢ Overseeing recruitment efforts.

➢ Engaging with heads of department.

➢ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

➢ Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

➢ Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/induction programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

➢ Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues

➢ Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business

➢ Provides guidance and input on BU restructures, Work Force Planning, and Succession Planning

➢ Conducting Training Programs Effectively

➢ Close Monitoring and Drive of HR Parameters- Confirmation. On-Boarding. Assimilation

➢ Driving Employee Engagement Activities independently

➢ Maintaining various reports and Excel to monitor and streamline activities

➢ Driving and monitoring of PMS Cycle
