Job description
We are looking for an Individual contributor who has strong skills understanding and execution of the complete HR life cycle and specialized in at least 1-2 years in running initiatives from scratch (R&R, Retention, Process building).

Below are mandatory skills which are non-negotiable and APPLY only if you have worked on the below items.

1. Policy drafting and implementation
2. Initiatives impacting organization growth and retention
3. Able to take difficult conversations and close in agreement to business
4. Excellent in Excel (Calculations, Pivot, Graphs, Data Analysis)
5. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills and having a growth mindset
6. Able to work in an environment that is dynamic and growth-oriented.
