Job Name: Executive / Sr.Executive - Business Development

Location: Punjab

Experience: 1 - 5 Years (Warehousing, Agriculture, Fintech Company)

Notice Period: 30 Days

Responsibilities:
·Lead generation and relationship management for the assigned region's commodity-based finance (warehouse receipt finance).
· Creation of a new client base along with maintaining the existing clients such as farmers/traders/processors/FPOs in order to have incremental growth in business.
Documentation of clients for loan processing, field check, and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Business scoping of the geographical market for commodity finance
· Execute a plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
Initiate the market research to support Acquisition plans for Warehouses, Commodity Traders, Vendors & Users in the Agri Ecosystem.
Demand Generation & meeting targets for the specified geography.
· To liaison with new and existing customers for long-term relationships.
Promote brand awareness in the assigned territory through Promotional events in consultation with the Marketing team.

Role Specifications-
· Must have handled a similar role previously.
· Must possess good subject knowledge.
· Holds good communication skills and presentation skills.
· Good knowledge of MS Office suit.
