    Job Description:

    Experience in End to End HR Operational activities, Manpower planning to F & F formalities , Team handling, Recruitment, selection, on-boarding, offer generation, Induction process, employee engagement, payroll management, collection of payment, MIS reports, attrition analysis, compliance, ESIC Medical, exit formalities, FNF settlement, etc.

    Recruitment:

    • Coordinating with Recruitment team in filling the vacant position.
    • Accepting requirements from line/AM/PGM to start recruitment process.
    • Managing the resume responses received i.e. sort, qualify, and short-list resumes
    • Manage, maintain and update resume databank.

    On Boarding:

    • Responsible for on boarding of New Joining (Ensuring the submission of the credentials of the new joiner in their personal files.
    • Co-ordination with the new joiners, their appointment letters, employment specifications, processing employee PF, ESI, Medi-claim, Corporate Salary A/c and other employment registration forms. (Collecting the relevant documents of various employment)

    Payroll & Performance Management:

    • Generating the Offer letter and other post recruitment activities like maintaining attendance records, salary administration, leave management candidates who are in our payroll on contract basis.
    • Payroll Management of 1500 employees across all clients
    • Conducting back ground verification of new joiners
    • Maintaining the entire AICP Activity (Attendance, Invoice, Collection & Pay-out), reimbursement, conveyance, incentives, Induction, Joining formalities, handling employee queries, Exit interviews.

    Handling employee concerns like Salary, Leave balance, ESIC, PF, Medi-Claim, salary hike, promotions etc.

    • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.

    Qualifications and skills:
