·        Should  be  energetic  and active Collection  learning  material  and  planning  activities  to  train  staff.

Responsibilities:

·        Scope of work Soft  Skills  training  is  an  umbrella  term  that  includes  communicative,  listening,  and team  skills.

·        Includes  leadership,  creativity  and logic,  diplomacy,  and changed readiness  amongst  many.

·        Soft  skills  Trainer Should  be  able  to  train  the  in  house  staff  irrespective  of  designations  and  hierarchies Should  be  Presentable.

·         Flexible  to  visit  sites  to  train  the  staff Should  be  able  to  Prepare  Power-point  Presentations  of  the  Training  Topics  like--  Behavioral  Skills  Training, Interpersonal  Skills, Decision  making  skills, Personality  development  training, Confidence  coaching, Vocal training, Leadership  skills, Communication skills, Ethics  morals  and  professionalism, Critical  thinking  and problem  solving  skills , Team work and  importance  of  it, Team management and  motivation  training, Public  speaking  skills
